Frequently asked questions

Common questions about working with XMEVER Heavy Tools as a Chinese sourcing partner: order minimums, lead times, samples, payment, shipping, OEM and ODM, packaging, and how we select factories.

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product family and factory. Standard catalog items in our core specialty often start at one carton or pallet. OEM programs with custom logos, packaging, or specifications typically require higher minimums to make tooling and setup economical. Send your target items and quantities and we will confirm the actual MOQ for each line.
What are typical lead times?
Catalog items in stock at the factory ship within two to three weeks of order confirmation and deposit. Made to order production usually runs thirty to sixty days from approved samples and deposit, depending on quantity, finish, and current factory loading. We confirm lead time in writing on every quote.
Do you provide samples, and are they free?
Yes. Existing catalog samples are available for a sample charge plus shipping. Custom samples produced from your drawings or specifications carry a sample fee that reflects the factory setup. Sample charges are often credited against the first bulk order. Confirmation of bulk production starts only after you approve the sample in writing.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are T/T thirty percent deposit with the balance against copy of bill of lading. Letter of credit at sight is accepted on orders above a threshold we will confirm per case. We work with USD and accept payment to the company account of Xiamen Ever Imp. & Exp. Corp.
Which shipping incoterms do you support?
EXW, FOB Xiamen, CIF, and CFR are all supported. FOB Xiamen is the most common for our overseas customers. We can also work with your nominated forwarder if you prefer to control shipping from the China port.
Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. Our factory partners produce OEM goods to your brand, packaging, and labeling, and ODM goods from your drawings or target specifications. Common OEM elements include laser marked logos, custom blister or color box packaging, multilingual labels, and barcodes for retail or distribution channels.
How do you package and label products for our market?
Standard export packing is brown carton with internal protection appropriate to the product. We can match your retail packaging, blister cards, color boxes, hang tags, multilingual labels, and barcode formats. Provide artwork in vector format and we will produce printing samples for approval before bulk production.
How do you select the factories you work with?
We evaluate every supplier on production history, equipment, quality records, response speed, and fit for the requested specification. Before bulk production we always approve a sample. If issues appear after shipment, we coordinate the claim with the factory and follow it to resolution.
